Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2, 2026

1. Overview

MillionDollarDomainPage.com ("the Service", "we", "us", "our") is operated by DomainOnline. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service provides a 1,000 × 1,000 pixel advertising canvas where users may purchase rectangular blocks of pixels at a rate of $1.00 USD per pixel. Purchasers may upload an image, set a clickable URL, and set tooltip text for their block. Purchased blocks are displayed on the public homepage of the Service.

3. Purchases and Payments

  • All purchases are one-time payments. We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe, Inc. and cryptocurrency (USDC, USDT) on supported EVM networks (Base, Ethereum, Polygon).
  • Prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Cryptocurrency payments are denominated in USD-pegged stablecoins at a 1:1 rate.
  • The price per pixel is $1.00 USD. The total price is calculated as width × height in pixels.
  • The minimum block size is 5×5 pixels ($25 USD).
  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Pixel blocks are reserved during checkout and activated upon confirmed payment.
  • For cryptocurrency payments, network gas fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the pixel price.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing or accepted payment methods for future purchases at any time without notice. Existing purchases are not affected by price changes.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the Service — permanent placement on a shared public canvas — we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for pixel purchases under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

5. Ownership and License

  • Purchasing pixels grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display your content in the purchased pixel area on the Service.
  • You do not acquire ownership of the Service, its infrastructure, or any intellectual property belonging to us.
  • We reserve the right to transfer pixel block ownership features (resale, transfer) in the future at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Content

You are solely responsible for all content you upload or associate with your pixel block. You agree not to upload or link to content that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, or violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Contains malware, phishing attempts, or malicious code.
  • Is pornographic, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence.
  • Impersonates another person, brand, or entity.
  • Promotes illegal drugs, weapons, or other prohibited goods or services.
  • Is deceptive, misleading, or designed to deceive visitors.

We reserve the right to remove, replace, or obscure any content that violates these terms at our sole discretion, without refund and without prior notice.

7. Content Moderation

We may review uploaded images, URLs, and tooltip text at any time. We are not obligated to pre-screen content but reserve the right to do so. If we determine that content violates these Terms, applicable law, or is otherwise objectionable, we may remove or modify it without notice or refund.

8. Service Availability

  • We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time.
  • We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
  • While we intend to operate the Service indefinitely, we do not guarantee perpetual availability. In the event the Service is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your pixel purchase(s).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to operate the Service: your email address (for authentication), payment information (card payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store card details; cryptocurrency payments are verified on-chain using your transaction hash), and the content you upload. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

12. Future Features and Services

We may introduce additional features, services, or benefits for pixel block owners, including but not limited to landing page builders, outbound marketing tools, analytics, partnerships, and promotional opportunities. These features are provided at our discretion and may be subject to separate terms. We do not guarantee the availability, timeline, or scope of any future features.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
